Montessori Graduation - June 17th

Amy graduated from Montessori at the end of June. She and her classmates put on a great little show, singing songs, dancing and even reciting a poem. It was bittersweet, as some of the children in her class, many of whom have been together over the past three years, will be attending Kindergarten in their home schools in September and not returning to Montessori. Amy will attend our home school every second day and coming to Montessori on the alternate days, as I am heading back to work. Anna will begin attending as well. It should be interesting.
Here is Amy posing with her Mother-in-law . . . also known as her teacher, the wonderful Ms Asma.
Then there is the fabulous Ms. Christina. She has been Amy's teacher for the past two years and Amy adores her. It will be very sad to see her go as she is leaving the school.
These are a couple of Amy's little friends that she loves to play with.  They are all so cute together.

Catching Up

It has been a very busy summer around here and I did not blog at all. Given that I am making family memory books out of this blog, I thought I'd better pull up a comfy chair, make some coffee and get to work.
Let see how much I can get done today!
