Santa Claus Parade

On Saturday we met up with friends at Robin's office, which is right in the middle of downtown, perfect for the Santa Claus Parade. Trying to get a picture of everyone before hand was much like herding cats - impossible! The parade went right by the front doors of the building, so it was perfect. Amy enjoyed it, but wasn't all that keen on the noise level, something you'd never guess given the way we listen to the stereo in the car ("Daddy's not here Mama. We can have it as loud as we want!").
The little ones were finally able to secure a spot close to the action . . . and the flying candy canes.
Finally, the Big Guy himself came by.
Then it was back up to a board room in Daddy's office for dinner.
Of course, like all good parties, this one ended with people under the table. Only this time, they were sharing a plate of fruit.
We finished just in time to see the fireworks down the street. What a fun . . . and warm night.
