January 18th - The Other Linda and Baby Amy

One of the first steps required of us by our adoption agency when we were in the process of bringing Amy home, was to go to a weekend long information seminar. Oddly enough, the woman we happened to sit beside was named Linda and she was there to find out about adopting a little girl from China that she wanted to name Amy. China then changed their policy about single parents adopting, so Linda looked to Ethiopia.

On Sunday evening, Linda and Baby Amy finally came home. We were at the airport to welcome them both home to Canada.
